These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the erasis.ai website, operated by ERASİS TEKNOLOJİ VE YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (trading as Erasis AI). By visiting the site or using the forms on it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Purpose of the Site

erasis.ai is a corporate information website published to present Erasis AI’s areas of activity, products and technical approach. No membership is created, no account is opened, no payment is taken and no subscription is sold through this site.

2. Nature of the Content

• The texts, images, diagrams and product descriptions on the site are for general information purposes.
• Nothing on the site constitutes legal, financial, medical or technical advice, and it is not a substitute for such advice.
• The site is promotional in nature; nothing on it constitutes a binding offer or creates, on its own, any obligation on the part of Erasis AI.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and current, but information may change as our technology and products evolve. We do not undertake that the information is complete and up to date at every moment.

3. Use of the Live Demo

The live demo on the site is a showcase environment offered to illustrate our document understanding capability. When using it:

• You confirm that you are entitled to dispose of the document you upload and that uploading it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
• We recommend that you do not upload documents containing real people’s personal data, special categories of data or trade secrets. See section 2.3 of the Privacy Policy for details.
• Demo results are illustrative. AI-based field extraction can be incorrect or incomplete; do not base business decisions on demo output.
• The performance and availability of the demo environment are not guaranteed and may differ from a production deployment.

4. Contact Form and Newsletter

• You agree to use accurate contact details that belong to you.
• Using the forms to send abusive or threatening messages, unlawful content, links to malicious software or unsolicited bulk mail (spam) is prohibited.
• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by writing to info@erasis.ai.

5. Intellectual Property

• All texts, images, graphics, interface design, software and source code on the site belong to ERASİS TEKNOLOJİ VE YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ or are licensed content that the company is entitled to use, and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation.
• The names “Erasis” and “Erasis AI”, the logo and the associated distinctive signs belong to our company. They may not be used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• You may view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes and quote from it to a reasonable extent with attribution. Any reproduction, distribution, adaptation or communication to the public beyond that requires our prior written permission.
• Third-party product, brand and company names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners; mentioning them does not imply a partnership or endorsement.

6. Prohibited Uses

When using the site, you agree not to:

• scrape data with automated tools, send excessive requests or otherwise load the servers in a way that disrupts normal operation of the site;
• attempt unauthorised access, try to circumvent security measures or run security testing without permission;
• upload malicious software, viruses or comparable harmful code;
• reverse engineer the site software or attempt to derive its source code;
• present the site content as part of your own product or service without permission;
• engage in any activity that breaches applicable law.

7. Third-Party Links

The site may link to third-party websites (for example our LinkedIn page or the sites of our other products, such as fact-ai.app). Once you follow such a link, the terms and privacy policy of that site apply. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

8. Availability and Changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and free of errors, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical faults, problems at our infrastructure providers or force majeure. We reserve the right to change, restrict or withdraw the content, structure and features of the site without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

The site is provided “as is”. You are responsible for the consequences of acting on the information found here. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from decisions taken in reliance on information published on the site.

This limitation does not cover liability arising from our intent or gross negligence, nor any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

These Terms of Use are governed by Turkish law. The courts and execution offices of Antalya, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from use of the site. If you are a consumer, your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts at your place of residence is unaffected.
